Sheik
Spoiler: Sheik is Princess Zelda in a Sheikah disguise. The 2026 release still uses that turn, and Erica Mendez speaks the lines.
When the harp shows up
You do not meet this figure as a child. The first appearance in the record is the Temple of Time, after the long sleep, when the hero wakes as an adult. From there the job is a series of lessons. Six warp songs stay in the remake, each one a pointer toward a temple. I am not printing the button staff. The song table names effects and teachers, and this paragraph only counts the lessons.
The outfit is the Sheikah wrap and the eye mask. People misspell the name as “sheick” often enough that the keyword file lists both. It is the same character. Nothing in the cast list suggests a second person under a second spelling.
Because the English actor is also Zelda’s actor, the voice itself is a hint if you have heard the garden scene. That is a production fact from the cast sheet. It is also why a blind playthrough and a replay are different experiences. I am not telling you to mute the garden scene. I am telling you the credit already connects the two roles.
What did not move
The record says the six lessons are retained and that the voice is new. It does not say the harp became a different instrument, or that a lesson was cut. Where the record is silent I stay silent. Impa and Rauru sit next to this story in the related names, because the Sheikah line and the Temple of Time sages are the context, not extra bosses.
